My approach to design is rooted in curiosity, openness and a drive to understand people and systems. I enjoy working visually to turn thoughts into something tangible.

To understand how people experience things, be able to describe and specify it, and convert this into journeys, touchpoints, platforms and organisations. Balancing user needs with organisational goals is essential for sustainable success.
